Minneapolis, MN - December 16, 2002 - Mariner Software, an award-winning office productivity software developer for the Macintosh, and InfoLogic, the premiere digital contents and solutions developer, today announced they have entered a strategic co-marketing and reselling agreement.
Mariner and InfoLogic are exploring channel opportunities, as well as global
implementation of co-marketing initiatives to be effective shortly. The
companies will also explore product integration within each of the company's
flagship products, Mariner Write, Mariner Calc and, MathMagic, respectively.
Both companies have positioned themselves as leaders in their markets and
industry. InfoLogic's MathMagic focuses on high-end desktop publishing and
educational markets that require complex mathematical editing. Mariner
Software's Mariner Calc is a powerful, yet streamlined spreadsheet
application for the Mac OS and is designed for the analysis, simulation
and forecasting of numerical data, particularly in the consumer,
educational and corporate environments. Mariner Write is the company's
industry-recognized word processing tool for the Macintosh.
